I'd like to start this post by saying that we are 100% operational and fully available to manufacture your models to the same high standard we always have done. The corona virus however poses a number of potential operational issues for all businesses. Going forward we are enacting a series of new company proceedures. These will be effective immediately and remain in place until further notice.
These measures are designed to project both our staff and you from the spread of the Corona virus as far as possible while retaining the high quality 3D printing service that we have become known for.
With regards to our supply chain we are in constant discussions with our suppliers to ensure that we have materials available when required. We have also invested a large amount of money into a larger stock of materials on site to allow us to weather any disruptions that may occur. If we are likely to have any issues with material availability for your project this will be discussed as soon as we are made aware of the situation.
In closing this post, we would like to wish all our clients the best of health. If you wish to discuss anything raised in this post then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
